The Tanda & Spada pasta factory started business at Thiesi in 1990

Production takes place using processes that, although aided by modern machinery, are managed and controlled with the prevalent intervention of human skill and experience, so the company can be considered artisanal. The production range features a unique assortment for Sardinia.

 

After starting business with the production of typical Sardinian pasta (gnocchetti sardi, fregola sarda and malloreddus), the company specialised in some alternative productions, entering the field of gastronomic specialities, a totally innovative production for Sardinia, tied to traditional businesses.

 

The strategy implemented over time has proved to be successful, not only in the regional sphere but also enabling a more representative introduction into international markets.
