Tanda&Spada pasta is produced from recipes perfected by in-house technologists, in over 25 years of business.

The use of selected raw materials, slow processing times, bronze extrusion and low-temperature drying make it possible to obtain a quality product, in which the organoleptic and taste characteristics of the flours are enhanced.

A production that aims at quality, with plants organised on 3 independent lines that, on the whole, manage to generate a production volume of around 40 thousand kg daily and meet the demands of numerous Italian and international customers, including large ones.

The company is organised for a flexible and just-in-time production, with strictly standardised production and packaging specifications, IFS Food certified.
